Inspired by the article from Los Angeles Times of the writer Leslie Gornstein "A Jinx in a Box", this horror film from Ghost House Pictures and director Ole Bornedal, tells the story of a broken family is attacked by a malevolent supernatural entity Hebrew folklore . Shortly after her parents divorced, a young beautiful decorated a box from an antique seer in the yard. In the coming weeks, the young form an intense attachment to the box, and her behavior becomes increasingly bizarre and falls into the clutches of an evil appearances. When her father discovers that the relic is actually a prison for the soul of a deceased person off which was refused entry into the afterlife and needs a human host to live begins a desperate struggle to save them from evil threatening to consume body and soul.
