Steaven Seagal - Aikido Philosophy

Introduction:

Steven Seagal, a 7th Dan black belt, began the practice of Aikido (http://www.journaled.com/MA/Aikido/index.html) in the late 1960’s (or early 1970’s) at the Orange County Aikikai in California under Harry Ishisaka.
